Great 4* hotel in the middle of the old town, next to the Plaza Nueva (pintxo bar area). You will recognize the age of the hotel inside of a room (stains on wall, conditions of the furnitures), but it is ok, especially if you find a great offer. If you want a bigger room, choose the Space room, with overlooking to Nervión river and the theatre square right at the entrance of the hotel.

酒店位置非常好，步行到景點都很近。推開窗就是湖邊景色，很漂亮。酒店沒有自己的停車場，最近的公共停車場就在酒店對面，出行非常方便。酒店工作人員非常熱情，耐心。下一次還會選擇入住他們家酒店。

Amazing location, nice and trendy decor. Rooms are functional. A little too loud though, even with windows closed - worth bringing earplugs. The rooftop bar is closed down.

別のホテルが當日キャンセルになったので急遽ロケーションと値段優先で予約しました。舊市街とメトロやバス停は全て5分以內にあり窓からは広場が見渡せてきれいでした。 內裝は正直安っぽくて好みではなかったです。清潔でシャワーの溫水圧も問題なかったですが、冷蔵庫の棚は壊れており、部屋の電話の接続が悪くなっても誰も対応してくれませんでした。受付のスタッフは1人ずつしかいなくて事務的で必要以上に手伝ってはくれません。部屋を含め館內に芳香剤のような香りがしたので香りに敏感な方は注意が必要です。 朝食ブュッフェはバラエティーに富んで美味しく、疲れたら夜中までルームサービスもしてくれるのでありがたかったです。 バスローブとスリッパは付屬していません。 まとめると、場所がいいので値段相応でしょう。

房間足夠大，很舒適，雖然面向大街，但雙層窗戶很靜音。位置非常好，介於新城和老城之間，主要商業街走路幾分鐘就到。旁邊都是各類酒吧和餐廳，還有一家日本餐廳，對於中國胃友好。酒店鄰居就是一家很高級，菜品好吃但性價比很不錯的西班牙本地菜餐廳。早餐質量不錯，就是品類稍顯簡單，但歐洲都差不多。

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente a 300 metros de la estación de tren, muy céntrico y bien comunicado. Personal muy amable y la limpieza.de las habitaciones estupenda. La habitación es amplia y silenciosa, por decir algo que me gustó menos es que el baño es de cristal al ácido , aun así se puede mantener privacidad.Un estupendo alojamiento.

地點滿分，老城最佳位置，很容易到達，風景絕佳。 樓下很熱鬧，禁行區，汽車很少，早晚很安靜，睡眠不受影響 裝修有點舊了。 玻璃浴室+衞生間有點不習慣，而且不隔音，沒有私隱。

Stayed a couple of nights in NYX Hotel Bilbao. The location of the hotel is ideal, with most attractions within easy walking distance. Close to the old part of Bilbao which has plenty of restaurants and bars. Also close to shops and a nice riverside walk to the Guggemheim museum. Can’t rate food as did not use hotel amenities. Overall the hotel had a modern stylish feel to it. Check in and out was speedy and staff were courteous.Rooms are quite small and the glass walled bathroom may not suit everyone’s taste. All in all, we were happy to stay at this hotel for it’s location and overall stylishness.
